Pleasant Hope Chamber of Commerce
Board Meeting Minutes
April 9th, 2013

The meeting was called to order at 6:10 pm
Board members in attendance were Shirley, McKay, Justin and Sandi.
Justin moved to approve the minutes as read, McKay seconded, motion passed.
Treasurer Report:
Shirley reported a balance of 1344.06.-Still waiting on dues from a few businesses.
McKay moved to accept the Treasurers’ report, Sandi seconded, motion passed.
Committee Reports:
Golf Tournament: the golf tournament was a success and the chamber made
a profit of 116.30. Next year we will try to start advertising much earlier to get more participation.
Old Business:
Chamber bank account: Denise Worsham has been removed from the Chamber bank account
and McKay and Sandi were added.
Facebook Page:
The address for the Chambers facebook was found. The chamber has decided to let Angie Mullings
and Sara Werland keep the facebook page updated. Sandi moved to accept this motion,
McKay seconded, motion passed.

Shirley moved to adjourn meeting, Justin seconded, motion passed and meeting was adjourned.
