City Council Endorses Revisions to Comp Plan

Commissioner Cathy Carleton advised Council that a public hearing was posted and a notice was placed in the Bolivar Free Herald Press for October 11, 2012. At the end of the meeting the Planning & Zoning Commission approved the City Comprehensive Plan with a few minor changes. With the understanding that the Board of Aldermen was not required to approve this action, she asked the Board to endorse the Commission’s approval of the Comprehensive Plan. Michael Brakebill moved to endorse the Commission’s approval of the plan. Jamie Hannaford second. All in favor none opposed
